We would like to introduce a case where alkaline electrolyzed water was used for cleaning mold release agent spray parts!
Release agent for easy removal of molded products from molds. There was an issue where a biofilm developed inside the pipe, causing blockages even under maximum pressure, making it difficult to spray adequately. Therefore, we introduced the electrolyzed water generation device 'ESS-ZEROIII' that our company handles. By cleaning with alkaline electrolyzed water once a week, the release agent's output improved to the extent that it was necessary to apply pressure during spraying. [Case Study] ■ Introduced Equipment: ESS-ZEROIII ■ Facility: Die-casting molding factory *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
