A city-based hub equipped with cutting-edge facility functions for everyone. An urban logistics facility that caters to the last mile.
"Prologis Urban" is a logistics facility brand developed by Prologis to achieve efficient delivery in densely populated cities around the world, such as Tokyo, London, New York, and Paris. To date, we have developed 100 advanced logistics facilities called "Prologis Park" in regions close to major consumption areas across the country and have provided them to our customers. In the future, with the growth of e-commerce, we anticipate an increasing demand for logistics facilities in the last mile area for consumers, and we will begin offering "Prologis Urban." We also foresee a growing need to network large logistics facilities in suburban areas, such as around the Ken-O Expressway, with urban logistics facilities. Therefore, in addition to "Prologis Park," we will accelerate the development of "Prologis Urban." *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.
