As long as you input the driver's daily report, all you have to do at the end of the month is issue the invoice!
Our "Dispatch Management System" allows you to input dispatch data (clients, loading locations, delivery locations, item names, drivers, etc.), issue invoices, and manage payments. It also enables salary calculations for drivers. Additionally, you can monitor the dispatch board for a week and the operational status of vehicles for a month. 【Main Features】 ■ Input client, charterer, loading date, loading location, delivery date, delivery location, vehicle number, sales amount, highway fees, etc., and create a dispatch sheet (You can insert and delete rows with an operation image similar to EXCEL) ■ Issue invoices, manage payments, and output accounts receivable lists, etc. (Supports cases where the client and billing address are different) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
