[Delivery Example] We want to dehydrate fibers and extract them cleanly [Fiber Manufacturer]
Easy-to-clean top discharge centrifuge KMβ
I want to dehydrate textile products and take them out cleanly. By using a centrifuge that dehydrates according to the shape and type of fibers, we can significantly reduce waste!
■I want to cleanly extract fiber products■ Based on the request from Company T, a fiber manufacturer, to "perform dewatering of fibers and cleanly extract roll-shaped fibers from the centrifuge," we proposed a centrifuge that dewaters fiber products according to their shape and type, making it easier to cleanly extract the products. ■Results of the implementation■ By establishing dewatering and extraction methods tailored to the products, it became possible to cleanly extract fiber products, enhancing the quality of the fiber products and significantly reducing waste volume. ↓For more details, please check the basic information.

basic information
【POINT】 1: Speed adjustment function tailored to the dewatering product The existing centrifuge had a slip type and a constant rotation speed, which made it impossible to control the dewatering force (centrifugal force) and dewatering time according to the product being dewatered. Therefore, we adopted an inverter type to allow for changes in rotation speed to accommodate various types of fiber products. 2: Special design for easy product retrieval Before contacting us, many customers found that the dewatering outlet of their existing centrifuge was narrow, making it difficult to retrieve the fibers cleanly, resulting in a high rate of product waste. To reduce the waste rate, we designed the basket cover to open widely, allowing for easy retrieval of fibers in roll form, and enabling the entire product to be taken out along with the dewatering bag. 3: Conducting dewatering tests until satisfied The quality of the finished product varies depending on the rotation speed, dewatering time, and liquid feed angle, so we conducted numerous dewatering tests using our test machine. We performed dewatering tests until our customers were satisfied and proposed the optimal specifications after multiple discussions to resolve their concerns.
