Challenges such as simplifying the configuration changes for business terminals and obtaining logon/off times have been demonstrated as achievable by utilizing a dedicated program customized specifically for the bank. Shortly after the implementation, when terminal updates were conducted, there were no inquiries from users, and the process was carried out very smoothly.
