Compatible with conventional formwork tightening bodies! Removal work and mortar filling work are eliminated, greatly reducing construction costs.
The "OK Con" allows for significant cost savings in construction by eliminating the need for removal work and mortar filling compared to traditional wooden or plastic forms. It can be used in conjunction with conventional formwork tightening bodies, and while the principle for filling the OK Con is to use caps, mortar and epoxy resins are also possible. Additionally, it can be used for wall connections and ceiling inserts through the utilization of screw holes. The resin used is AAS resin, which has excellent weather resistance and matches the color of concrete, making it ideal for exposed concrete applications. 【Features】 ■ The entire resin surface is embossed, allowing for painting and thin mortar finishes to be applied. ■ The steel is coated with high-quality plating (unichrome), preventing rust. ■ The design features an inverted taper structure, which greatly enhances water resistance and seismic vibration resistance. ■ The finish of the concrete surface boasts outstanding aesthetics. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
