Introducing a case where the PC tasks of an online shopping site were automated, resulting in a reduction of 6 hours of work time per day!
Earthink Co., Ltd. sources natural foods selected by discerning buyers from both domestic and international markets and primarily sells them through online shopping. The number of operational websites has reached 11, and it is said that a significant amount of time was previously spent on updating these sites and processing orders. To improve productivity, they implemented the RPA solution 'WinActor' to automate routine tasks with software robots. As a result, they have created an environment where resources can be focused on tasks that only humans can perform, such as enhancing customer service. **Features** ■ Challenges - They wanted to automate order processing for their online shopping sites as much as possible. ■ Achievements - They have become capable of developing the necessary RPA robots in-house. - An environment has been established where resources can be concentrated on tasks that only humans can perform. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.*
