A new type of large tile installation method that uses adhesive combined with metal fittings, offering excellent seismic resistance and durability.
The "Gachi Rock Method" is a construction technique where two grooves are processed at one location on the tile side in a factory, and specialized fittings are attached to the processed grooves. The attached specialized fittings hold the tiles from the back, and the specialized long rail on the structural side hooks onto the specialized fittings on the back of the tiles, allowing the tiles to be adhered using elastic adhesives or similar materials. Additionally, the specialized long rail is fixed to the structural side using screws or concrete screws (or anchors depending on the situation), making it suitable for both new construction and renovations. 【Features】 - Reduction of peeling risk after construction and maintenance costs - Ensuring the safety of local residents - Reduction of training costs for craftsmen and costs for technology transfer across the industry - Relatively easy to install without requiring advanced skills - Lower barriers to entry for job seekers, enabling the creation of many jobs *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
