■Service Flow 1. Preliminary Meeting and Smart Glass Communication Test We will hold a meeting via ZOOM or SKYPE to discuss the requirements regarding the destination and purpose. We will also conduct a web communication test of the smart glasses between your office and China (Shanghai). 2. Quotation and Schedule Coordination with the Destination Based on the details discussed in the meeting (location and duration of the visit, etc.), we will provide a quotation. After receiving your order, we will coordinate the schedule with the destination. 3. Manufacturer Visit On the day of the visit, we will visit the manufacturer and conduct a meeting via ZOOM, as well as an on-site inspection using smart glasses. We will proceed based on a checklist that you will prepare. 4. Visit Report After the visit, we will submit a report on the results of the visit. 【Options】 We also offer sales and rental of smart glasses.
