"Mukufunen" is a non-combustible and quasi-non-combustible wood material made from pure cypress and cedar from Yoshino, which has also received certification from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. It achieves the thinnest levels of non-combustible materials with a thickness of 12mm for non-combustible wood and 10mm for quasi-non-combustible wood. 《Cost Reduction through In-House Manufacturing》 Our company, a sawmill with over 100 years of history, carries out all processes in-house, from cutting timber from logs to injecting fire retardant chemicals, drying, and processing. We conduct mass inspections using these quality control machines and only deliver products that meet our standards. 《Custom Shapes Made from One Piece》 As a sawmill that processes logs, we can also create original dimensions and shapes. In addition to wall and ceiling boards, battens/substrates, and louvers, we offer quasi-non-combustible materials "NF-6" with a thickness of 6mm that can be simply adhered to non-combustible and quasi-non-combustible substrates, as well as fire-retardant treated cedar scaffolding boards and reclaimed wood.
