"Sunforce" is a molded foam bead made from modified PPE resin, an engineering plastic developed by Asahi Kasei using its unique resin and foaming processing technology. In addition to its lightweight and thermal insulation properties, it dramatically improves "flame retardancy" and "heat resistance," which were difficult to achieve with conventional foams, and has achieved "UL94 standard V-O."
