"Surface Coating Molding" is a technology that optimizes the mold temperature conditions during molding to perform (1) bead fusion and (2) melting and solidification of the product surface within one cycle, forming a coating of approximately 0.1mm to 2.0mm on the product surface. Thanks to the hard coating layer, the properties of expanded polystyrene (lightweight and thermal insulation) remain intact, while also achieving both aesthetic appeal and durability.
