Removal method for asbestos-containing exterior wall coating material "AG Bubble System"
Wet disc grinder with bubble ejection and dust collection device - Constech AG bubble system
Remove coatings while producing bubbles! Prevent dust scattering and leakage. *Presentation of key points on the revised Air Pollution Control Act.
Foam Ejection and Dust Collection Device Equipped Wet Disc Grinder Method The "Constec AG Bubble System" is a method for removing coatings using a disc grinder while generating foam. The unique foam captures dust without scattering, and it has superior recovery performance compared to water jets. The waste generated is collected in a sludge recovery unit in a wet state, and the recovered foam (solution) passes through a HEPA filter, becoming clean foam for reuse. ★ The "Law to Partially Amend the Air Pollution Control Act" was enacted on June 5, 2020, and the "Ministry Ordinance to Partially Amend the Asbestos Hazard Prevention Regulations" was also promulgated on July 1, 2020, with implementation gradually mandated from October 1, 2020. ★ Constec has established an internal qualification system related to asbestos, the "AG Meister System," which conducts training sessions on asbestos-related amendment laws and preliminary investigations by qualified personnel. 【Features】 ■ No dust scattering ■ Minimizes waste ■ Can extend 130m from the main unit ■ Simultaneous operation with five grinders is possible ■ Capable of removing substrate leveling materials ■ Capable of removing corners and joints ■ Can be equipped with a noise reduction device, reducing noise by approximately 18dB compared to conventional devices (company comparison)

【Construction Status】 Foam is being emitted from the cover of the disc grinder. *The photo emphasizes the foam.
-
Simultaneously performing cutting while supplying and suctioning foam.
-
Moisten the coating and substrate materials with foam to prevent dust from scattering and to facilitate suction.
-
Up to 5 grinders can be operated simultaneously.
-
Removal of corner sections is also possible.
-
Drainage and removal of joint areas are also possible.
-
The waste collected by the shaving suction recovery system accumulates in a wet state in the sludge recovery unit, and only the foam (solution) is filtered through a HEPA filter to be reused as clean foam.
