We would like to introduce our double twin jack, the '4RM/6RM'. This model adopts a combined system of ram-operated jacks (R jacks) and cylinder-operated jacks (C jacks). With our developed control system, stable continuous operation can be achieved. Additionally, the capacity can reach tens of thousands of kN by using multiple jacks, and the movement speed is determined by the discharge rate of the electric pump unit and the use of multiple jacks, with the maximum operational speeds being 2m/min for the 4RM and 1m/min for the 6RM. 【Features】 - Stable continuous operation can be achieved using our developed control system. - The jacks that are always opposing each other can perform reverse operations, allowing for continuous operation. - Each operating unit is equipped with a special fixation device that enables automatic fixation and release. - When retracting the R jack, the two tension forces are equalized (6RM). - The system incorporates numerous interlock circuits, ensuring high safety for both manual and automatic operations. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
