This is a CoaXPress camera that enables high frame rates and long-distance transmission by using CoaXPress for the interface.
Equipped with a global shutter CMOS sensor, it features functions such as external trigger, ROI, defective pixel correction, sequence control, and shading correction, making it suitable for machine vision applications. Additionally, due to the need for expensive infrared cameras as production equipment to capture the near-infrared range with high sensitivity, which makes implementation difficult for some customers, CIS also offers the VCC-5CXP3NIR (near-infrared model) equipped with a CMOS sensor that enhances sensitivity to near-infrared. This allows for capturing areas that are difficult to confirm visually, leveraging the transparency of near-infrared wavelengths, and enables more precise imaging.
