New Funcoat 50 is a semi-flexible pavement injection material (normal/fast-setting).
This is an injection milk material for semi-flexible pavement, developed by adding a re-emulsifying powder polymer created through our long-established blending technology. By simply mixing it with water, it exhibits high permeability and stable strength and durability, enabling high-quality construction.

**Features** 1. Achieves labor-saving with a 7.5% reduction in powder weight compared to conventional methods (based on our company’s standards). The powder amount has been reduced from 1,243 kg/m³ to 1,150 kg/m³ (the smallest in the industry) by 93 kg/m³ (7.5%), while maintaining equivalent performance to conventional formulations. 2. Excellent injectability at high temperatures. There is no need to cool the base asphalt concrete to below 40°C. Due to its superior penetration ability, it can reliably penetrate voids even when the base asphalt concrete temperature is between 60°C and 80°C, allowing for the construction of semi-flexible pavement structures. 3. High retention of fluidity. Even after 30 to 60 minutes post-mixing, it maintains the necessary fluidity. This is advantageous for finishing injections in detailed areas with a small amount reserved, enabling a beautiful finish. 4. Long-term strength stability. Thanks to advanced formulation technology, even with a reduced powder amount, the labor-saving formulation maintains stable strength over the long term and conforms to various strength ranges according to different standards. 5. Pre-mixed re-emulsified powder polymer. The re-emulsified powder polymer pre-mixed in New Fun Coat 50 quickly emulsifies when mixed with water, forming a polymer film that imparts flexural strength, adhesion to the base asphalt concrete, and durability to the pavement body.
