Achieves high-quality drying in a short time.
Using high frequency, the moisture inside the wood is heated by the molecular motion of the water. As the moisture decreases, the electrical resistance increases, leading to a rise in voltage. When the voltage reaches a set value, the drying process automatically ends. After the raw materials are loaded into the main body, heating is performed using high frequency while reducing pressure with a vacuum pump. The evaporated moisture is condensed in a surface condenser and then collected in a drain tank before being discharged in the form of drain water. 【Features】 ■ Heating with high frequency ensures uniform finishing moisture content of the material. ■ It allows for a reduction in drying time. ■ Drying at low temperatures helps to minimize cracking, warping, and discoloration. ■ Drying can be performed on all types of materials, from veneers to large cross-section materials. ■ A hydraulic press can be used to reduce warping of the materials. ■ It disperses and hardens resin. ■ There is no need for stacking. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
