Before transportation begins, a dedicated basket loaded with raw materials is set into the impregnation tank. After activation, the pump reduces the internal air pressure of the impregnation tank, and once the target vacuum level is reached, the basket section rotates while injecting the impregnation liquid. In some cases, pressure is applied during the impregnation process with the raw materials and impregnation liquid to increase the permeability of the impregnation liquid. After the impregnation process is completed, the impregnation liquid is returned to the storage tank, and the basket section rotates to separate any excess impregnation liquid adhering to the surface of the raw materials at high speed.
