Excellent adhesion to silicone rubber that is difficult to paint! Improves the wear resistance of the substrate.
The "LFP Coating" is a lubricant coating for rubber and plastics that never peels off even under harsh conditions and can be applied to silicone rubber, which is difficult to paint. It improves the wear resistance of the base material, excels in peel and release properties under low loads, and effectively prevents sticking due to its non-migratory nature. It can be used to prevent dirt on the surface of the base material, improve the slip properties of rubber rollers, and prevent squeaking noises generated from vibrating parts. 【Features】 ■ Can be coated on rubber and plastics ■ Excellent adhesion to silicone rubber, which is difficult to paint ■ Provides dry slip properties and excels in sliding performance ■ Being water-based, it has low VOC and is environmentally friendly ■ Enhances the wear resistance of the base material ■ Excellent adhesion to the base material, with no peeling or cracking of the coating film even under stretching or bending *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
We aim to contribute to society through surprising and inspiring manufacturing, striving to be a unique company full of dreams. Since our establishment in 1945, we have developed numerous functional coating products that provide surprise and inspiration through surface modification technology, offering "manufacturing solutions" to our users. Starting with cast iron stoves, the applications of our functional coatings have continued to expand across a wide range of fields, from kitchenware to the aerospace industry, including frying pans, automobiles, and rockets. Based on heat-resistant paints, we develop various functional coatings such as photocatalytic paints, fluororesin paints, sliding paints, and thermal insulation paints. Through our environmentally friendly paint, Riena, we also contribute to solving environmental issues such as CO2 reduction and energy problems. Furthermore, we are challenging ourselves in areas beyond paints, such as the development of heat-resistant solder resist inks and heat dissipation sheets using metamaterial technology for infrared wavelength selective radiation.
