It highly suppresses ground displacement, enabling safe extraction of the soil retaining materials. ■Reservoirs and River Embankments [No Water Path Creation] In recent years, due to frequent major disasters caused by heavy rain, there has been an increase in the use of construction methods that do not create water paths in soil retaining works for river and reservoir embankments. This method can also be applied underwater. ■Soil Contamination Countermeasures [Waterproof Wall Even After Soil Retaining Material Removal] In soil contamination countermeasure works, groundwater monitoring is required for two years after the completion of the project. Therefore, it is not possible to pull out the soil retaining materials. By adopting this method, which has the function of a waterproof wall, it is possible to remove the soil retaining materials early and reduce costs. ■Pile Extraction [High-Speed Simultaneous Filling to Suppress Settlement] Initially, filling was done at a rate of 20 to 30 liters per minute. Now, it has advanced to allow for high-speed simultaneous filling of up to 140 liters in large volumes. This development achievement has made it possible to use this method for extracting large cross-section existing piles as well.
