Durable inorganic solution-type silica sol grout series [NETIS registered]
Silica Sol Grout Series
Silica sol grout (Hardizer Seven, Clean Lock 4, Silica Riser, etc.) is a liquid injection material that excels in durability, safety, and convenience.
The "Durable Inorganic Solution Type Silica Sol Grout Series" [NETIS Number: KT-200081-A] is a durable inorganic solution type silica sol grout based on silica sol obtained by removing alkalis, which are factors for the degradation of water glass grout, with acid. It provides permeability and durability based on an acidic silica sol with a long gelation time, and by suppressing the leaching of silica, it excels in quality (durability) and cost-effectiveness. Furthermore, by adding in-situ gelation permeation methods (Magma Action Method) and masking silica methods, it enables extensive permeation solidification effects, solidification effects below the groundwater level, and safety for buried objects in the soil. Additionally, by integrating on-site soil mixing design methods, silica analysis ground silicification evaluation methods, accelerated testing methods, and specimen preparation equipment and testing methods, durable ground improvement using injection materials has become possible. Moreover, the pH of the injected ground is neutral, and since it is composed entirely of inorganic materials, it has high water quality preservation and excellent safety for aquatic organisms.

basic information
The "Durable Inorganic Solution-Type Silica Sol Grout Series" was developed in the early 1970s and has made significant advancements as a result of years of research and development, boasting a track record of 50,000 construction projects as a ground injection material. The well-known trademarks in the field of chemical injection, "Silica Sol" and "Silica Sol Grout," refer to a general term for injection materials based on non-alkaline water glass obtained by neutralizing the alkali of water glass with acid, developed by Reinforced Soil Engineering Co., Ltd. The Silica Sol Grout Association of the Ground Injection Development Organization, along with its contract members (for more information, please refer to the Ground Injection Development Organization website at http://www.jckk.jp/), implements products under the names "Hard Riser," "Hard Riser Seven," "Clean Lock 4," "Silica Riser," and "Geo Silica." Research on the durability of chemical injection conducted at the Toyo University Institute of Industrial Technology's Yokekura Laboratory, which began in 1982, has clarified the long-term durability of Silica Sol Grout, with results from large-scale field tests confirming its permeability and solidification properties even after 19 years, as well as being validated by excavation surveys at construction sites from 38 years ago. It has evolved into an integrated ground injection method that incorporates the essential technologies developed to ensure the durability of the injected ground.
