Since we strictly manage the takt time, the workers are rushing their tasks, which inevitably leads to mistakes and losses. Additionally, when inexperienced workers take over, the number of errors tends to increase, causing further issues. To reduce mistakes during mold changes, we introduced a multi-coupling system. This allows all 20 units to be attached and detached simultaneously with a lever. As a result, even inexperienced workers no longer make mistakes, and we were able to significantly shorten the takt time.
