Based on our experience with anchor inspections for floating mega-solar projects, we propose conducting surveys using photography and sonar in turbid water. Although we refer to water in general, the conditions can vary widely. There are places where the water is clear but muddy, places where the water is dirty but sandy, and the tools used can differ depending on whether the water is shallow or deep.
