(1) Casing opening and closing mechanism If there is no casing opening and closing mechanism, it is necessary to remove bolts and lift the casing for internal cleaning. (2) Basket flatness If the basket is not flat, it is necessary to remove the basket from the main shaft and lift it for cleaning the bottom of the basket. Thanks to the mechanisms in (1) and (2), what used to take a day for machine cleaning and confirmation can now be completed in about two hours, resulting in a 91.6% reduction in time. ◎ We can manufacture the machine in the desired size to match the product dimensions. ◎ We have a track record of operating in conjunction with robots.
