Case Study on the Introduction of a Precision Sheet Metal Order Production System - Mazda Corporation
Improvement of operations through visualization of the production process. A production management system that leads to enhanced work efficiency and quality.
We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the "Precision Sheet Metal Order Production System" at Mazda Corporation. The company considered adopting a package system from a major manufacturer, but found that it offered too many features that did not align with their objectives, and the high implementation costs made it difficult to proceed. However, after consulting with us, they were able to build a custom system that met their minimum necessary requirements and significantly reduced implementation costs, allowing them to move forward with the adoption. The system was also customized to their desired specifications, resulting in a simple and user-friendly interface that anyone could use. As a result, the realization of visibility greatly improved their production management.
