【Detection Method】 ■ The displacement of the leaf spring is captured as a change in capacitance by the sensor probe. ■ A special holding mechanism is provided between the leaf spring and the sensor probe to adjust the minute gap during installation. ■ The displacement caused by external forces on the strain gauge is proportional to the strength of the external force within the elastic limit; therefore, the displacement is measured with a capacitance displacement meter, and stoppers are placed before and after the strain gauge to indirectly measure the external force, preventing damage to the sensor. ■ There is also freedom in the measurement direction, allowing for measurements in various orientations such as horizontal and vertical. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
