We offer contract manufacturing services for prepreg materials. Reinforcement materials (fibers) and matrix materials (thermosetting resins) can be selected from customer-supplied or company-owned options. Standard production volume starts from 50m², and we welcome inquiries for smaller quantities. - For the production of molded products such as CFRP and GFRP. - We have a lineup of thermosetting resins with unique characteristics such as heat resistance, low-temperature curing, and fast curing. - Manufacturing specifications (for details, please inquire): Width: up to 1000mm, roll diameter: up to 400mmφ, core tube: inner diameter φ300 (12-inch tube) or inner diameter φ100. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
