The "SPM-101" is a transmission characteristic measurement device capable of measuring the characteristics of various transport devices and communication equipment across a frequency range of 20Hz to 6.4MHz. It houses an oscillator and a selective level meter in a single unit, allowing for the switching of selectable filters with bandwidths (BW) of 6Hz/70Hz/3.1kHz.
