In the conventional upward-facing type (where the bucket returns to the inlet facing upwards after discharging the conveyed items), there have been cases where twisting occurs in the chain when used under heavy loads due to the position of the pins supporting the buckets, leading to troubles. To mitigate and resolve this issue, we have developed a new type of upward-facing pivot conveyor! By focusing on the position of the pins supporting the buckets, which are the cause of twisting, we have developed a new bucket conveyor SPM-R/SPL-R series that reduces chain twisting and minimizes troubles.
