● Excellent vibration-damping performance in the normal temperature range (5 to 35°C)! The rebound elasticity is below 10%. ● A lineup with additional features! GP-LE: Offers the best vibration-damping performance among Hanenite and can be produced in colored rubber. CP-S: Usable down to -20°C. MP: Demonstrates vibration-damping function over a wide temperature range (-9 to 43°C). ● Excellent processability allows for free shapes! Molding similar to general rubber is possible. Strong adhesion to metals is possible (except for CP). Cutting and punching of sheet materials are also acceptable. Teflon coating (vulcanized adhesion) is possible. ● Lightweight sponge sheets! Vibration-damping sponge with a specific gravity of 0.3 and independent bubbles. ● Commitment to environmental measures Compliance with environmental-related substances (RoHS2 directive).
