The material can be stored for 3 months! Using light-curing resin that hardens when exposed to light and acid-resistant glass fibers, high-strength FRP pipes can be constructed quickly.
The "Alpha Liner H Method" is a pipe rehabilitation method that can reliably restore aging sewer pipes without excavation. It uses acid-resistant glass fiber and light-curing resin as rehabilitation materials, allowing for the speedy construction of high-strength FRP pipes in a short time. Additionally, self-supporting pipes with a nominal diameter of 900mm can also be constructed. The construction procedure involves pulling the rehabilitation material into the existing pipe from a manhole, attaching specialized fixtures to the upstream and downstream ends, and expanding the diameter using air pressure. The material is closely adhered to the inner surface of the existing pipe, and the inserted light-curing device irradiates light to cure the resin, forming a rehabilitated pipe with the required strength and durability. 【Features】 - Compatible with self-supporting pipes with nominal diameters from 150mm to 900mm - Materials can be stored for up to 3 months - Shape confirmation can be done before curing - Not affected by environmental temperature (suitable for construction in cold regions) - Can be constructed even with inflow water present 【Other Features】 - Adapts to the existing pipe's shape - Can be applied to PVC pipes 【Applicable Pipe Types】 - Rigid PVC pipes, reinforced concrete, ceramic pipes, steel pipes, cast iron pipes, etc. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

Since its establishment, our company has played a role in national construction, primarily focusing on the "ground improvement field" with our unique grouting method. Subsequently, in response to the changes in social infrastructure development, we have refined our technologies to adapt to the needs of the times and, at times, acquired new ones to expand our business scope. As a result, we have now established three main pillars: "ground improvement business," "slope disaster prevention business," and "pipeline business."
