It has a maximum supply pressure of 160 MPa with good operation, a connection mechanism that allows for the alignment of measuring instruments, and an integrated priming pump capable of handling a large volume of tests.
The CPP1600 is a hydraulic comparison test pump with a maximum supply pressure of 160 MPa, serving as a pressure generation source for testing, adjusting, and calibrating pressure measuring instruments for comparison and calibration purposes. It can primarily be used for confirming the operation of pressure gauges in laboratories, workshops, and production sites. Even at high pressures, it allows for smooth operation of the hand spindle, and the body size does not change when the pump is operated. By connecting the target instrument and a high-precision reference measuring instrument, the same pressure is supplied to both measuring devices when the pump is activated. By comparing two measurements at any pressure value, accuracy verification and adjustment of the test equipment can be performed. <Specifications> - Supply pressure range: 0 ... 1,000 bar or 0 ... 1,600 bar - Pressure supply medium: Mineral oil - Pressure supply ports: 2 G1/2 male threads - Pump size: (L x W x H) 400 x 375 x 265 mm - Weight: 20 kg For more details, please refer to the product data sheet. 【Maximum supply pressure: 160 MPa】Hydraulic comparison test pump CPP1600

basic information
The CPP1000 / 1600 -X can be used as a pressure source for testing, adjusting, and calibrating mechanical and electronic pressure measuring devices through comparative measurement, and can be implemented in laboratories, workplaces, and on-site. The pump is equipped with a spindle for fine adjustment, allowing smooth operation of the hand spindle even at high pressures, and it has the advantage of not changing the size of the main body during operation. When the test item and a high-precision reference measuring device are connected to the test pump, the same pressure is supplied to both measuring devices when the pump is activated. By comparing the two measurements at any pressure value, accuracy can be verified and the pressure measuring device under test can be adjusted. The CPP1000 / 1600-X achieves high durability and performance equivalent to the CPB5800 pressure balance, along with excellent operability. It has a built-in priming pump and a 250ml tank, making it easy to fill large volumes of test liquid. Both connection points are equipped with quick-release connectors with knurled nuts and replaceable screw inserts (standard G½ female). We also provide conversion adapters for calibrating equipment with different connection standards.
