The "Mistral" is an air-cooled pellet cooler that enables high-efficiency rapid cooling through the use of a special screen. The pellets are dried simultaneously with cooling, utilizing the heat contained within the pellets themselves. Additionally, it has become easier to integrate into existing lines compared to water-cooled systems.
