【POINT】Applying cleaning solution to the crystals with a scraping blade for dissolution. Traditionally, the process involved filtration with a centrifuge, re-dissolution in a dissolution tank, and further filtration with another centrifuge, requiring multiple machines to process cosmetic raw materials: "Centrifuge + Dissolution Tank + Centrifuge" To address this, we proposed a specification that allows processing with a single centrifuge. 【Proposed Centrifuge Flow】 1. Feed slurry into the centrifuge. 2. Apply centrifugal force to separate liquid and solids based on specific gravity differences. 3. Discharge the supernatant liquid through skimming. 4. Add cleaning solution. 5. Use the scraping blade to apply cleaning solution to the cake. 6. Re-dissolve within the centrifuge. 7. Apply centrifugal force to separate liquid and solids based on specific gravity differences. 8. Discharge the supernatant liquid through skimming. 9. Recover the cake. As a result, by re-dissolving within the centrifuge, we have reduced the process from a total of three machines: "Centrifuge + Dissolution Tank + Centrifuge" to just one machine: "Only the Centrifuge."
