We then received actual aluminum chips from the customer and conducted a test oil removal using our centrifugal separator. *Test Results Oil removal operation time: 10 minutes Amount of chips fed: = 24.62 kg Amount of chips collected: = 24.01 kg (including 2.24 kg of chips in the basket) Amount of oil collected: = 0.28 kg After the customer burned the chips post-oil removal, they measured the weight difference with the dried chips and found an oil content of 0.1%. Oil removal rate from test results: 99.9% Based on these test results, they decided to implement the proposed M-type centrifugal separator for removing oil from chips.
