The simple operating system of the conventional system-type Schlieren remains unchanged, achieving visualization of shield gas behavior!
"Shield View" is a welding shield gas visualization system that allows for the visualization and filming of shield gas behavior during arc generation. By visualizing the stability of the gas layer flow, it is possible to observe how the shield gas becomes disturbed during welding. Thanks to a special system configuration based on the Schlieren method, filming can be conducted while maintaining the simple operation of conventional system-type Schlieren. 【Features】 ■ Specialized for gas behavior visualization ■ Suitable filming section provided ■ Noise and fume countermeasures ■ PC-less monitoring ■ Flexible design *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Visualization Consultation Room-------------------------------------- As the saying goes, "Seeing is believing," actually witnessing a phenomenon can deepen understanding more than anything else. If you want to understand the essence of flow, it is best to first observe the flow itself. However, water and air are transparent, making it difficult to observe the flow effectively. This challenging observation of flow is referred to as "flow visualization."
