Reduce RC walls to the limit to enhance the flexibility of the layout and make large spaces possible!
The Space Wall method is a wall-type reinforced concrete construction that improves the flexibility of room layouts, which is a disadvantage of conventional wall-type concrete, by minimizing the use of RC walls to allow for large open spaces, while also providing high seismic resistance, durability, and low cost.

basic information
Background of the Development of the Space Wall Method Wall structures are strong structures that withstand external forces such as earthquakes and typhoons as a six-sided entity. In past major earthquakes, there have been no instances of wall structures collapsing or suffering significant damage. - They are more expensive compared to wooden structures. - It is difficult to create large open spaces, there is low flexibility in floor plans, and renovations are challenging. For these reasons, we feel that the proportion of wall structures being chosen is low. Our goal is to promote highly earthquake-resistant buildings in Japan. We developed the Space Wall Method with the belief that if we can reduce construction costs and improve flexibility in floor plans, the proportion of wall structures being selected will increase.
