Outstanding diversity! Introducing chemically strengthened glass that is resistant to scratches due to its high surface compressive stress.
"Sankemical" is a chemically strengthened glass that does not break naturally. By immersing the glass in a potassium nitrate solution and replacing the sodium ions in the glass material with potassium ions, it achieves a surface compressive stress more than five times that of air-cooled strengthened glass. The glass can be produced in thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 19mm, with a maximum size of 2,000mm x 3,000mm, and can be ordered from a single piece. [Features] ■ Does not break naturally ■ Excellent mechanical strength ■ Incredible bending strength ■ Resistant to scratches ■ Resistant to thermal shock *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
