Using water filtered through RO membranes to prevent scale adhesion. Improved heat exchange efficiency and energy savings. Case studies are being distributed.
The "E mizu Shower System" is a system that enhances heat exchange efficiency and contributes to energy savings by spraying pure water (RO water) mist from the outdoor unit, creating a cooling effect. The source water used for spraying has inorganic salts removed by reverse osmosis membranes (RO membranes), which helps prevent scaling and corrosion on aluminum fins. The spray nozzles are selected to maximize the use of latent heat of evaporation, tailored to the site environment. Additionally, the system can automatically control ON/OFF based on the outside temperature, allowing for efficient operation. 【Implementation Effects in Food Processing Plants】 ■ Outside temperature: 29°C, temperature at the spraying location: 27.9°C ■ Current value during spraying operation: 38.0A, current value when spraying is stopped: 49.2A *You can view a catalog with case studies from the "PDF Download."
