We would like to introduce a case study on reducing troubles related to machine tools (cutting oil) that our company has conducted. There were continuous occurrences of burning troubles with the threading rolling machine. Additionally, the used oil was filtered and recirculated using a centrifugal oil filter, but the existing filter could not remove fine particles and aluminum powder. Therefore, we disconnected the existing centrifugal filter and installed a high-performance industrial oil filtration system. We received feedback from customers stating, "The oil has become clean, and we can no longer see any debris."
