At Nikken Kogyo, we own over 20 press machines, led by a 150-ton press machine. With these facilities and our advanced mold technology, we produce aesthetically pleasing products through embossing processes that create patterns on thin sheets of metal and plastic, such as the switch parts of home appliances and the meter display parts of motorcycles. We pursue and reproduce sensory aspects such as the texture and click feel of buttons as requested by designers, and we can flexibly change processing methods depending on the product, accommodating small-batch production of various types.
