●Features of "Choi Cargo" The cart part is a lightweight frame with an aluminum frame and casters, making it easy to carry. By placing your own plastic pallet as the bottom board, you can use it as a cart, which eliminates the cost of the bottom board, keeping it inexpensive. Additionally, by increasing the load capacity of the casters and their diameter, it can support loads of up to around 800 kg. Since the pallet at the bottom is only placed on top, rental pallets can also be used. The cart part can be stacked with other frames, so it doesn't take up space when not in use. Furthermore, it can be compactly stored by stacking when not needed. ● Development of "Choi Cargo" It was developed for medium-lightweight cargo (hundreds of kg), which is neither lightweight (tens of kg) nor heavyweight (1 ton). ● Background of "Choi Cargo" Development While there are sturdy carts that can carry 1 ton, there were concerns that using them for medium-lightweight loads of around 200 kg to 500 kg was over-spec and expensive, in addition to the carts themselves being heavy and difficult to handle. Therefore, we developed this product, which becomes a cart simply by placing an aluminum frame and a resin pallet on it.
