YIC Corporation GU-902 Series
It is a compact, low-power GNSS/GPS module that can be connected via USB to computers and other devices. Settings and data output can also be easily performed on a PC.
YIC was established in Taiwan in 1994 and is a major manufacturer and designer of frequency control and GNSS/RF products. It serves as a director and supervisor of PCIAT (Taiwan Piezoelectric Crystal Industry Association). The factory is located in Yantai, China, and is one of the few factories in the world that has a process starting from the cutting of crystal oscillators Y and Z bars. The GU-903 series features a USB interface and is a compact, low-power GPS module with high performance. Product Features: • Embedded SPI flash • High-performance, low-power GNSS chipset • Extremely high sensitivity • Achieves very fast TTFF (Time To First Fix) at low signal levels • Chipset protocol • Built-in LNA • LED display for GPS status • Custom printing markings available Additionally, it uses a highly utilized chipset from u-blox, making it easy to operate and providing high reception sensitivity due to the built-in low-noise amplifier.
