Traditionally, equipment updates have been carried out based on recommendations from manufacturers' residual life assessments. However, with our high-precision residual life diagnostics, it is now possible to extend the timing for equipment updates and regular inspections. In the residual life assessment, we use a pre-established master curve to determine the life consumption rate from the values of damage parameters and evaluate the remaining life. Additionally, we manage and conduct residual life diagnostics for boiler equipment at China Electric Power's thermal power plants in a comprehensive manner.
