Listen Technologies' ListenTALK is a unique two-way wireless communication system. It operates in the 1.9GHz frequency band, which allows for stable operation, unlike the already congested 2.4GHz band. It employs Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum Technology. Unlike typical transceivers or tour guide products, ListenTALK allows multiple units within a group to speak simultaneously. You can designate a leader unit within the group and choose from three communication modes for use. It can be used not only as a tour guide system but also as a simple wireless intercom system. It is user-friendly and does not have the complexity of initial setup like professional equipment. If you wish to use it simultaneously with the Clear-Com Partyline (Encore) series, a separate interface is available. Please contact our sales department for more information.

Tour Guide and Facility Tour This system offers sound quality that is in a league of its own compared to previous tour guide wireless systems. There is less concern about noise and radio interference, and it can accommodate a variety of headphones and headsets, making it effective for use in high-noise environments like factory tours.

Intercom / Broadcast Return ListenTALK can be used as a simple wireless intercom by pairing one leader unit that issues commands with multiple other units that receive commands. Since one person can respond to the leader's commands, two-way communication within the group is possible. Additionally, it can communicate with the professional wired intercom "ClearCom" via an interface unit. It can also be used as a return device for the caster.

Hearing assistance system and simultaneous interpretation system ListenTALK can be configured for up to 10 groups in the same space, and if used as a receiver for a simultaneous interpretation system, it can support up to 10 languages. (If PHS is used in the area, it is limited to 4 groups.) The effective range can cover approximately 100 meters if there is a clear line of sight from the transmitting unit, making it suitable for use in large spaces such as halls.
