Achieve cost reduction by cleaning and reusing hot melt adhesive equipment parts!
Our company provides cleaning services for hot melt adhesive equipment parts. Hot melt supply devices continuously supply adhesive at high temperatures, causing the adhesive to carbonize over time and resulting in a strong residue adhering to the flow path. This residue can lead to adhesive defects and line troubles due to poor discharge. By cleaning and reusing used parts that were previously discarded and replaced with new ones when issues arise, we can achieve cost reductions. 【Features】 - Reduces the frequency of purchasing new parts, achieving cost savings - Supports overhaul cleaning of the melter body - Prevents troubles through regular cleaning, contributing to preventive maintenance - Uses hydrocarbon-based cleaning agents instead of halogen-based ones - Provides a clear system with QC process disclosure and a cleaning report with photos *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
