Troika Systems' "Gravure Cam," manufactured in the UK, is an inspection camera for gravure cylinders that enables measurement of plate depth and cell volume through 3D scanning, as well as management of roll information. By accurately understanding the plate depth and cell volume of the cylinders you own, it reduces ink adjustment time during job setup. It helps prevent issues caused by cell clogging and surface wear, contributing to the stabilization of print quality. Software for anilox rolls and flexo resin plates is also available. We offer demonstrations using the actual device.
