To ensure that customers are aware of the strong antiviral measures, the filter itself is labeled with "Antiviral, Anti-MRSA, Anti-Mold" and "MADE IN JAPAN." Q: Since it is different from genuine products, will there be any issues with the warranty (such as response in case of failure)? A: There are no issues. We are covered by PL insurance, so we will handle matters related to product liability through the PL insurance. However, if you install the ecowin filter in an air conditioner with a filter reset or dust sensor, there is a risk that the filter may get caught and cause the air conditioner to malfunction, which would not be covered by PL insurance, so please avoid installing it near the sensor drive components.
