Manufacturing capacity is approximately 1.5 times greater! By having multiple manufacturing bases, we achieve BCP (Business Continuity Plan) response and stable supply.
Kyoudo Kaitech Co., Ltd. began construction of the new factory "Ayase Plant" on July 1, 2019, and started production on July 1, 2020. The construction of the "Ayase Plant" aims to address BCP (Business Continuity Planning) and the increasing demand for bus ducts. We will enhance productivity by establishing a continuous manufacturing line that only allows horizontal movement, which was impossible at the current Kanagawa Technical Center, and by semi-automating the sheet metal processing that is currently done manually. Our company offers a wide range of bus duct products, including the "E-BD type insulated bus duct" and the "F-PE type fire-resistant bus duct." We also handle the SS-T type low-pressure trunk line system "Shaft Star," which has been developed specifically for medium-sized buildings such as tenant buildings and apartments, as well as logistics warehouses. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
