For those who want to automate but are having difficulty making progress.
When considering automating the current process, what do you think about first? Do you find yourself thinking about it vaguely, unsure of how to start, struggling to make progress, or getting stuck along the way? Please feel free to consult with us. For example, we will focus on robots based on the content discussed in meetings. However, the movements of the robot, the cycle time for speeding up to 1-2 seconds per item, and the characteristics of the tasks are significantly influenced by layout configurations and other factors. The surrounding machines and fixtures, not just the robots, are also important, and the robot hands and fixtures will change accordingly. We propose a comprehensive robotic automation system that includes not only machines but also fixtures. (Sometimes, single-axis robots may be more suitable than multi-axis robots.) In terms of specific discussions (this is the current consultation topic): We will conduct leak tests and visual inspections on products processed from the previous step and place the approved items into boxes, which will also be stacked. The visual inspection needs to cover the entire circumference, including the bottom surface. We will shape this according to specifications, with a cycle time of 2 seconds per item. While utilizing robots, we will propose solutions that encompass the entire process, not just the robots.

basic information
We will provide a comprehensive proposal that includes robots. We will consider whether a multi-joint robot, a scara, or a single-axis robot is needed, and suggest appropriate equipment and fixtures based on the work content. We support automation.
Price information

Applications/Examples of results
Currently, I am working on: - Observing the unique movements of operators who peel off film in detail and translating those movements into robotic actions, as well as designing fixtures. - Combining multiple inspections, including visual inspections and others, for products from the previous process to ultimately produce acceptable products and package them. We are addressing a wide range of automation, from automating individual process tasks to automating the entire workflow.

We are a manufacturer specializing in the design and production of dedicated machines, including press-fitting and testing/measuring devices, as well as robots. Regarding press-fitting, we have developed our own testing equipment that can propose numerical values such as load even in the prototype stage, and we accept various consultations that include issues related to specifications and design. With the aim of solving "customer challenges and concerns," we have seen a demand for automation in press-fitting machines and inspection devices in recent years. For example: - Equipment that includes loading and unloading (packaging) for press-fitting devices - Inspection of products from all directions (automation of visual inspection) To respond more precisely to these needs, we have introduced robots in-house, evolving our role from mere transportation to verifying and proposing changes in the work itself. Leveraging our past achievements, we are open to various consultations from across the country, even for projects that have been declined elsewhere, maintaining a challenging attitude without being constrained by fixed ideas. We aim to provide flexible proposals tailored to our customers, understanding both the advantages and disadvantages of using "robots at times and no robots at other times," based on our proven track record. In 2022, to tackle new jigs that had been abandoned due to the limitations of handling multiple products and weight restrictions in traditional metal processing, we introduced a 3D printer.
